Pricing & Availability

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. If the confirmed price of an item differs from what is shown on the website or your purchase order, whitedotsports.com will notify you by email or other telecommunication methods.

Delivery Timelines

We use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible within the indicated timelines; however, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control. If goods are unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will notify customers within 10 business days.

Goods are shipped via courier. Once the order is confirmed and processed, shipments may take approximately 7–30 business days, depending on the destination and other delivery factors.

We do not ship nutrition products (such as health products, whey protein, mass gainers) and pharmaceutical products outside India.


(a) Order Process and Payment Terms

  1. Browse our product range and add items to your cart.

  2. Some products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Please check the MOQ mentioned on the product page before placing the order.

  3. At checkout, shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on the delivery address.

  4. Select your preferred payment method. Please note that some payment gateways may charge transaction fees, and such charges will be borne by the buyer. If you wish to avoid additional fees, we recommend choosing Bank Transfer.

  5. Once payment is completed, we will begin processing your order.

  6. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on order volume and product availability.


(b) Delivery Information

  1. We offer free as well as paid shipping worldwide. Any applicable shipping charges are automatically calculated and added at checkout.

  2. Please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be dispatched.

  3. Once your package ships, we will email you the tracking details.

  4. Delivery timelines may vary for PO boxes, military addresses, and rural/remote locations, and may require additional days.

  5. Orders requiring engraving or customization may take extra processing time. The updated dispatch timeline will be shared with you before confirming the order.

  6. For international shipments, your state/country may charge customs/import duties in addition to the item price. These charges are paid by the buyer, are beyond our control, and cannot be reimbursed.

  7. Our delivery partners may pay duties on behalf of the customer, and the customer can clear the same directly with the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

  8. Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

  9. Overall delivery time may vary by destination and can take 7–60 days depending on the delivery address and customs clearance (if applicable).

We protect your privacy.

Information We Collect

To process your order, we collect basic information such as: first name, last name, address, city, zip code, state, country, phone number, and email address.

We may also collect technical information such as your IP address when you visit our site. This does not personally identify you and is used to serve web pages, customize user experience, and understand visitor geography.

How We Use and Protect Information

  • Your information stays with us. We do not rent, sell, lend, or distribute personal information to anyone for any reason.

  • Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  • Your email may be used to confirm orders, address customer service queries, and send newsletters (if subscribed).

Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. Limited information may be shared with courier companies, payment processors, and service providers solely to fulfill your order. Information may also be shared with law enforcement agencies when required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

You may modify your personal details using the Edit Profile option on the website.


(d) Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

  1. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request.

  2. The product must be new, unused, and returned with the original tag/label intact.

  3. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the order through their preferred shipping partner. In some cases, we may provide a return shipping label. Once you raise the return request, we will share the return address as per your location. The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer and will not be refunded.

  4. After we receive the product, we will inspect it. A refund will be processed only if the item is returned in unused and original condition.

  5. Refunds apply only to the product value paid at the time of purchase. Shipping charges, COD charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  6. Once the refund is initiated, it may take 1–15 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment method.


(e) Order Cancellation Policy

  1. A full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, provided it has not been dispatched.

  2. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  3. If we receive a cancellation request before the order is processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. whitedotsports.com has the final right to decide whether an order has been processed or not, and the customer agrees to accept this decision.

Product information on this website is based on details provided by suppliers/manufacturers. You agree that we are not responsible for inaccuracies arising from incorrect information supplied to us or changes in product specifications by manufacturers without notice. We recommend verifying product suitability before purchase.
