Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request.
The product must be new, unused, and returned with the original tag/label intact.
Its the customer’s responsibility to return the order through their preferred shipping partner. In some cases, we may provide a return shipping label. Once you raise the return request, we will share the return address as per your location. The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer and will not be refunded.
After we receive the product, we will inspect it. A refund will be processed only if the item is returned in unused and original condition.
Refunds apply only to the product value paid at the time of purchase. Shipping charges, COD charges, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the refund is initiated, it may take 1–15 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment method.
